Grandmaster Kim, Bok Man:

It was revealed recently that Grandmaster Kim Bok Man is actually the Technical Founder of Taekwondo and he personally provided General Choi Hong Hi guidance on the techniques which appeared in the General's first book. Grandmaster Kim, Bok Man introduced Taekwondo to nearly every country in South East Asia. In September 1978, at the request of Dr Kim, Un Yong the President of the World Taekwondo Federation, Grandmaster Kim, Bok Man organised the 3rd WTF Asian Taekwondo Championships in Hong Kong.

Grandmaster Park, Sung Jae:

Grandmaster Park, Sung Jae is a highly respected senior Grandmaster of the Chung Do Kwan in Korea and also the President of Chung Do Kwan International Inc, which hosts world and International Championships and events. He regularly visits the UK to conduct Courses, Seminars and Gradings. Grandmaster Park was the international examiner who tested UK Chung Do Kwan Taekwondo President Andy Davies for Kukkiwon 7th Dan.

Membership

UK Chung Do Kwan Taekwondo does not prohibit or place restrictions upon clubs or members holding dual or multiple affiliations with other organisations other than it shall retain the right to decide whether to accept or ratify grades achieved outside of UK Chung Do Kwan Taekwondo. All Kukkiwon certified grades are accepted unconditionally as the internationally recognised and accepted standard accredited by the World Taekwondo Headquarters in Korea.

All instructors are required to insure and licence through UK Chung Do Kwan Taekwondo approved bodies and hold a current First Aid qualification and CRB Clearance.
